We have taken many steps to ensure the safety of our patients and team during this global pandemic. Please review the following Covid Policies before your appointment.

We ask that you:

• Text us when you arrive and we will let you know when you can come in. We will not allow patients to wait in our waiting room.
• Wash hands or use hand sanitizer upon entering
• Wear a mask/face covering when you enter our office
• No patients in the waiting room except for checkout
• Print & fill out paperwork at home or arrive early and we will bring it to your car.
• Must fill out a health questionnaire.
• Sign a coronavirus consent 
• Guests are not allowed to accompany you to your appointment.
• If you answer yes to any of these questions please reschedule your appointment:
  • Have you been exposed to anyone with Coronavirus?
  • Are you experiencing a cough, fever, or sore throat?

Team/Office procedures:

• After every patient we will:
  • Sanitize front office & door handles
  • Sanitize treatment room 
  • Sanitize bathroom 

• Employees must wear masks
• Air purifier in office
